We have chosen to remain completely independent so we can fulfil our clients needs, whoever or wherever the manufacturer is in the world.

Order Processing

We realise the importance of delivering goods on time, in good condition and with the minimum of input from our customers. Our internal systems have been designed with this objective in mind.

All goods are packed suitably for export by air or sea. Where necessary, goods are packed in accordance with Dangerous Goods Regulations and we can provide any consular or shipping documents which may be required.

We despatch to our clients using high quality courier services such as DHL, or major airlines, depending on the requirement. In any event, we always provide full despatch details to our client so they are fully aware of the status of their order.
